This is Berry. Gloster canary is with a groovy head of hair that looks like a perfectly done bowl cut.

Barry’s Instagram has more than 3,000 followers. He says in his bio: “I’m the bird with the fringe!”

Gloster Canaries are originated from the Canary Islands and they cannot be seen in the wild. Gloster Canaries are the result of long-decades selective breeding. There are two types of Gloster canaries: Consorts (smooth heads) and Coronas (crested heads, like Barry).

These “Beatles haircuts” birds are not as social with humans and they don’t also desire much human interaction. They are also talented singers and avid. They have become very popular among bird lovers along with their full crest.
