Potatoes, Parmesan, Garlic: This Delicious Recipe Is Incredibly Simple

Potatoes are inexpensive and very versatile foods: you can boil them, mash them, cook them in a pan or even roast them… The result will always be worthy of a great chef.

With this recipe we offer you an original and exquisite way to prepare them in the oven with garlic and parmesan cheese . Your guests will even eat the plate, it’s so good!

Ingredients:

3 or 4 potatoes cut into wedges;

4 teaspoons of olive oil;

2 teaspoons of salt;

2 teaspoons of garlic powder;

1/2 cup grated parmesan.

Preparation:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 degrees, grease a baking sheet and set aside;
  1. Place the potatoes in a bowl and mix well with olive oil; add the parmesan and finally the salt and garlic (which you previously mixed in a smaller bowl);
  1. Arrange the quarters in the dish, well spaced and with the skin side down; bake for 25-35 minutes, or until golden brown.

You can serve them with the sauce of your choice, I recommend the yogurt sauce which goes well with the garlic. Enjoy your lunch!
