Fitness Influencer Becomes Famous For Eating Dog Food

It is said that training and sport ennoble a man. There are people who like group sports activities to create a team with which they share a passion, while others simply train to sculpt their bodies. The latter, to increase their musculature , follow a certain diet, generally protein-based.

The young man in this story, who falls into this second category, on the other hand, became famous for eating dog food because it is high in protein, which helps his muscles grow.

Influencer Henry, known on social networks under the pseudonym, shares videos daily on his profiles, in which he not only shows how he trains, but also gives advice on nutrition. One of his videos, however, became famous and achieved a very high number of views, over 700,000, because it shows him eating dog food . He did this not only to create fun content, but also because animal foods are high in protein, which is essential for building muscle mass.

The MyFitnessPal app, which tracks the nutrients in each dish, claims that 200 grams of dog food contains 666 grams of protein and very little fat (69 grams), making it the ideal meal. After discovering the properties of dog food, the influencer wasted no time and ate an entire bowl.

In the video, he made it clear he wasn’t faking it. After taking a first spoonful, he looked disgusted, but continued. Henry continued his video eating small pieces of dog food, but a grimace of disgust appeared on his face. At the end, he coughed in front of the camera, because of the bad taste of the kibbles, and urged his followers not to make the same mistake as him: “Don’t make this mistake, believe me. It’s not worth it. Not worth it at all. There may be a lot of protein, but the taste is terrible . I will never make that mistake again.”

What do you think of this experiment?
